This place is AMAZING! I’ve been vegetarian for a year now and have been deciding if I wanted to make the transition to veganism ( with my love for cheese, this was really hard for me!). I decided to try this restaurant to see if it was really worth all of the hype.. Wow! Mind blown.. I had mac & cheese with NO cheese and it was still cheesy and soulful like it came straight out of my grandmother’s kitchen. I come here all the time and I’m still amazed at all of the new meals I try that feed my heart when I’m craving my granny’s cooking! Not to mention the sweet staff and their amazing customer service. Great place to eat! read more

Food and service is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been there many times, however this time exceeded my expectations. Compared to other vegetarian restaurants, Soul Veg. Is number one in my book. read more

As Rakim once said, “cause you gotta have soul”. I’m sure he wasn’t talking about Soul Vegetarian 2, but he sure should have been!
I love this place! The food is phenomenal and the energy is peaceful. Throw in some great dessert options like sweet potato pie and you’ve hit the trifecta.
SV2 is definitely one of my favorite vegan food choices. read more

This place is amazing! Simple, delicious, tastes like it was made at home. Their kale twists are the best meat subsititue I have ever eaten. Incredible vegan Mac and cheese. Definitely check it out if you’re able! read more

Attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding food! I got the carrot salad pita, and each bite seemed even more delicious than the last.

Special place. Chill laid back space, Bob Marley playing in the background, a staff that genuinely believes in the vegan life but serves all without judgment. The Mac and cheese was a dream, it’s 100% the real deal. read more

Food was delicious. Customer service was A1 I had the Mac n cheese, collards. And the country fried steak. My plate was empty, not even a crumb left

The steak dish was great, I still can not believe I was not eating meat! I tried the macaroni and cheese, it was really good. I have no idea how to make vegan dairy products but in this case I am very happy they did. I think the best thing i tried at “Soul Vegetarian No. 2” was the sweet potato BKA “yams” They were simply amazing! My youngest boy is 15 months and a very picky eater and they meet his approval because he eat a whole serving. read more

Everything was good, it was my first time here. The salad dressing and garlic sauce are amazing on the herb potatoes. Don’t forget to try the German chocolate cake!
